Who Can Apply

Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)

• Essential qualification: Professionals with Post-Graduation in Anthropology/ Social Work/ Sociology / Public Health/ Social Welfare and Rural Management/Rural Development or any other subject of life sciences.
• Experience: a minimum of two (02) years of post-qualification experience exclusively in community-based health research with publications.
• Age: maximum 35 years.

Project Technical Support-III

• Essential qualification: MA/MSc in Anthropology/ Social Work/MPH/ Social Welfare and Rural Management/Rural Development other social sciences, or life sciences, with experience in community-based health research.
• Alternatively: Graduates in Nursing/Dental Sciences with three years of experience in community-based health research.
• Age: maximum 35 years, relaxable by 3 years for OBC.

Preference and Other Conditions

• Telugu speaking candidates will be preferred as the field area is in Andhra Pradesh.
• Qualifications and experience should be from recognised organisations with valid certificates.
• All the project staff should stay in the tribal area of Alluri Seetharama Raju (ASR) district.

Pay and Tenure

• Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical): Rs. 56,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.

• The post may be extended for a further period based on satisfactory performance and project requirements.

CTUAP Recruitment 2026 Job Description

The notice prints one job description for all the project staff, covering both posts:

• The project involves extensive fieldwork in the tribal areas of Alluri Seetharama Raju (ASR) district of Andhra Pradesh.
• All the staff should stay in the tribal area for coordination with the Govt. health system, data collection, sensitisation and community mobilisation activities.
• Working with the Govt. health system and collecting data regarding the national sickle cell disease mission from Primary Health Centres and Health & Wellness Centres in tribal areas.
• Conducting trainings and sensitization programs in the health facilities and the community.
