Disbursement Stages (Total ₹25,000)

The money is transferred via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the linked bank account:

• Stage 1 (At Birth): ₹5,000

• Stage 2 (Full Immunization – 1 Year): ₹2,000

• Stage 3 (Admission in Class 1): ₹3,000

• Stage 4 (Admission in Class 6): ₹3,000

• Stage 5 (Admission in Class 9): ₹5,000

• Stage 6 (Passed Class 10/12 & Enrolled in Degree/Diploma): ₹7,000

• Aadhaar Card (Child, Mother, and Father).

• UP Residence Proof (Ration Card, Voter ID, or Utility Bill).

• Income Certificate (Self-certified, showing < ₹3 Lakh income).

• Bank Passbook (Child or Parent’s account).

• Latest Photograph of the girl child and a joint photo with the parent.

• Specific Stage Proof: Birth certificate (Stage 1), Vaccination card (Stage 2), or Admission certificate/Report card (Stages 3-6).

How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step)

• Visit the Portal: Go to the official MKSY Citizen Service Portal.

• New Registration: Click on “Apply Here” under the Citizen Service Portal tab.

• Consent & OTP: Read the terms, click “I Agree,” and enter your mobile number. Verify it using the OTP sent to your phone.

• Fill Registration Form: Enter the applicant’s details (Parent/Guardian), including Aadhaar number, address, and district.

• Login: Use the User ID and Password sent to your mobile to log in to the portal.

• Add Beneficiary: Once logged in, fill in the girl child’s details and select the Stage (e.g., Birth, Vaccination, or School Admission) you are applying for.

• Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required documents (PDF/JPEG format, usually under 100 KB).

• Submit: Review the form and click Submit. Save the application number for future tracking
