IBPS Clerk Vacancy 2026 – Post Details

IBPS has indicated state-wise and category-wise vacancies for the Customer Service Associate post across 11 participating banks in Annexure-I of the notification. The vacancies are described as indicative and anticipated, and the final numbers depend on actual requirements reported by the participating banks closer to the provisional allotment stage. Union Bank of India’s vacancies are marked “NR” (Not Reported) in every state/UT, so the totals below understate the true final vacancy count.

Note on totals: the notification gives a state-wise total for each State/UT (as shown below) but does not state one all-India grand total. Adding up all the state totals gives approximately 11,403 posts – this is a figure computed by summing the notification’s own tables, not a number stated directly in the notification, and it excludes any vacancies from Union Bank of India since those are marked “Not Reported.”
