How to Submit Documents – Step by Step

1. Arrange all required documents in the order given in Appendix Form-01.
2. Self-attest or get the photocopies notarised/attested as specified for each document.
3. Clearly write your name, roll number, and page numbers of enclosed documents on the form.
4. Mention the total number of pages of enclosed documents.
5. Send the complete set to the Commission office on or before 24 September 2026.
6. Clearly mark the envelope – “Sahayak Sanchalak/Pashu Chikitsa Sahayak Shalya, Pashu Chikitsa Vistar Adhikari Pariksha-2026 ke Sakshatkar hetu Abhilekh” (Documents for the interview of Assistant Director/Veterinary Assistant Surgeon/Veterinary Extension Officer Exam-2026).
7. Address the envelope to – Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, Residency Area, Indore.

Important Instructions

• The result shown in this list is entirely provisional. If a shortlisted candidate does not fulfil the notified eligibility conditions for the post, their candidature for the interview will automatically stand cancelled.
• Reserved-category candidates whose marks are equal to or higher than the unreserved-category cut-off have been shortlisted under the unreserved category in both the main and provisional parts, as per the applicable rules.
• The interview date for this exam will be announced separately.
• The final selection result for court-related cases will remain subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble Court. The provisionally shortlisted list remains subject to pending petitions – SLP No. 8764/2023 and SLP No. 12398/2023 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, and petitions W.P.-5901/2019 and W.P.-5596/2024 before the Hon’ble High Court.
• If a candidate provides incorrect, incomplete, or false information in the online application, or fails to complete the required formalities mentioned in the advertisement, their candidature can be cancelled/debarred at any stage of selection.
• The shortlist for the interview is available on the official MPPSC website (www.mppsc.mp.gov.in). The Commission is not responsible for printing errors; only the shortlist held in the Commission’s office is considered authentic.
• The Commission reserves the right to correct any technical or clerical error noticed in this shortlist after its publication.
