How to Check and Download the KLEE 2026 Second Phase Allotment Letter

  1. Visit the official website – go to cee.kerala.gov.in.
  2. Open the relevant candidate portal – select either the 5-Year LLB Candidate Portal or the 3-Year LLB Candidate Portal, depending on the course you applied for.
  3. Log in – use your KLEE 2026 application number and password/ date of birth as registered.
  4. Go to the seat allotment section – click on the “Second Phase Provisional Allotment” or “Seat Allotment” link.
  5. View your allotment status – your allotted college, course, and category (if any) will be displayed on screen.
  6. Download and print – save the provisional allotment letter/ memo and take a printout for admission purposes.

Important Instructions

  • Candidates allotted a seat in the second phase should complete reporting and admission formalities within the deadline mentioned on their allotment memo, as failure to do so may result in loss of the allotted seat.
  • Candidates who move to a higher-preference college in the second phase automatically lose their earlier allotment/ admission and must obtain a transfer certificate (TC) from the previously admitted college.
  • Reservation-category candidates whose caste/ community status is under verification by KIRTADS may be provisionally considered for allotment, subject to final verification.
