How to Apply for Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Round 2

1. Visit the official portal: Go to cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
2. Login or register: Candidates who already registered in Round 1 should log in with their existing username and password. New candidates need to click “New User Registration” and create login credentials.
3. Update application details: Review or update personal, academic, and category details as required for Round 2.
4. Upload documents: Upload scanned copies of required certificates if not already submitted.
5. Pay the applicable fee: Complete the registration fee payment online, where applicable.
6. Fill choices: Select colleges and courses in order of genuine preference in the choice-filling window.
7. Lock your choices: Lock preferences before the deadline – choices not locked in time may not be considered for allotment.
