MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 – Seat Allotment Process

1. DME publishes the revised merit list and eligible candidates list for Round 2.
2. Eligible candidates complete fresh choice filling of colleges/courses in order of preference.
3. Candidates lock their choices before the deadline (locking cannot be changed afterward).
4. DME processes seat allotment based on NEET UG 2026 rank, category, locked choices, seat availability, and Madhya Pradesh’s reservation policy.
5. The Round 2 seat allotment result is Round 2
   1. Visit the official DME Madhya Pradesh counselling portal, dme.mponline.gov.in.
   2. Click on the link for “NEET UG Counselling 2026 – Round 2 Registration” (for fresh candidates) or the registration edit option, as applicable.
   3. Enter your NEET UG 2026 details, including roll number, application number, date of birth, and personal information.
   4. Pay the applicable counselling registration fee and security deposit online using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
   5. Upload scanned copies of the required documents – NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, domicile certificate, category certificate (if applicable), and photo ID.
   6. Complete e-verification or physical verification of documents, as required by DME.
   7. Once the merit list is published, log in again to complete fresh choice filling and lock your preferred colleges/courses before the deadline.
   8. Download and save a copy of the submitted registration form and payment receipt for future reference.

   Important Instructions for Candidates

   • Round 1-registered candidates should not attempt a duplicate fresh registration; only fresh choice filling is required from them for Round 2.
   • Fresh choice filling and locking is compulsory for all candidates participating in Round 2, including Round 1-admitted candidates who have opted for upgradation.
   • Choices filled and locked in Round 1 will not automatically carry forward; they must be filled afresh for Round 2.
   • Keep scanned copies of all documents ready in the prescribed format and size before starting registration.
   • Regularly check the official DME MP portal for corrigenda, as the post-registration schedule (merit list, choice filling, allotment) is tentative and subject to change.
   • A seat once allotted and accepted is generally binding as per DME’s seat-leaving/ resignation rules; check the bond and resignation policy before deciding to upgrade.
