The Mizoram Public Service Commission (MPSC) has declared the final result for the posts of Assistant Accounts Officer (Works) [AAO(W)], Assistant Accounts Officer (Treasury) [AAO(T)], Assistant Audit & Accounts Officer [AA&AO] under the Finance Department, and Field Facilitator under the Social Welfare, Women & Child Development (SW&WCD) Department. The result was issued vide Notification No. A.12032/3/2025-MPSC(PE), dated 9th September 2026, and is based on the Combined Competitive Examination and Personal Interview process conducted by the Commission.

Posts Covered Under This Result

The notification covers final selections for two separate departments under the Government of Mizoram:

A. Finance Department

• Assistant Accounts Officer (Works) – AAO(W)
• Assistant Accounts Officer (Treasury) – AAO(T)
• Assistant Audit & Accounts Officer – AA&AO

B. Social Welfare, Women & Child Development Department

• Field Facilitator

Candidates for the Finance Department posts were evaluated on total marks (Written examination + Interview), and based on this combined score, they were recommended for a specific post AAO(W), AAO(T), or AA&AO as indicated in the notification. Field Facilitator candidates were evaluated separately on their own combined Written and Interview marks.

The final result has been published category-wise, as is standard MPSC practice. The categories mentioned in the notification are:

• Unreserved
• Reserved for PwBD (Locomotor Disability)
• Reserved for PwBD (Deaf and Hard of Hearing)
• Reserved for Ex-Servicemen

How to Check the Mizoram PSC Final Result 2026

1. Visit the official MPSC website.
2. Look for the notification titled “Final Result of AAO(W), AAO(T) and AA&AO under Finance Dept. and Field Facilitator under SW&WCD Dept.”
3. Open the PDF notification dated 9th September 2026.
4. Search for your roll number under the relevant category (Unreserved, PwBD, or Ex-Servicemen).
5. Check the “Recommended for” column (for Finance Department posts) to see which specific post you have been recommended for.

Important Instructions

• The result has been prepared strictly on the basis of total marks obtained in the Written Examination and Personal Interview combined.
• For Finance Department posts, candidates were also required to indicate a Post Preference (order of preference among AAO(W), AAO(T), and AA&AO), which was used while allotting posts to Reserved Panel candidates.
• Reserved Panel candidates are not final appointees; they will only be considered if a vacancy arises within one year due to declination, resignation, or death of a recommended candidate.
• The notification does not mention any provision for revaluation, re-interview, or grievance redressal candidates with queries should contact the MPSC office directly.
