Once the CET Cell activates the option form link on ph2026.mahacet.org, candidates should follow these steps:

1. Visit the official admission portal at ph2026.mahacet.org.
2. Click on “Already Registered” and log in using your Application ID and Password (or Date of Birth, as applicable).
3. Navigate to the CAP Round 1 Option Form link.
4. Select your preferred B.Pharmacy or Pharm.D colleges and course choice codes, arranging them in strict order of preference.
5. Save the draft, cross-check entries in “View Choice List” to avoid duplicates, then confirm and lock the Option Form using SMS or email OTP before the deadline.
6. Download and save the “Confirmed Option Form PDF,” which carries a system timestamp and digital signature watermark, for future reference.

Important Instructions

• Use an updated version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge with pop-up blockers disabled for smooth OTP verification.
• Prefer a desktop or laptop over a mobile device to avoid accidental drag-and-drop errors while reordering preferences, even though the portal is mobile-responsive.
• The portal enforces an automatic 15-minute idle session timeout; save drafts frequently while filling long choice lists.
• If a candidate adds choices but does not explicitly lock the Option Form with OTP verification before the deadline, the system will auto-lock the saved choices as final.
• To modify a locked form before the official deadline, use the “Unlock Option Form” feature, make changes, and re-lock with a new OTP.
• If an allotted seat’s required documents or the ₹1,000 seat acceptance fee are not submitted within the prescribed timeline, the seat is automatically forfeited.
• Grievances or data-mismatch issues can be raised through the portal’s online grievance module, or by approaching the nearest Facilitation/Scrutiny Centre (FC/SC).
