How to Check AP PGCET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result

1. Visit the official portal: Go to cap.apcfss.in.
2. Find the allotment result link: Click on the AP PGCET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result link once activated.
3. Login: Enter your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
4. View and download: Check your allotted college, course, and category, then download the provisional allotment order along with the fee payment receipt, and take a printout.

Important Instructions

• BC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: Must be issued on or after April 1, 2026; outdated certificates lead to auto-shifting to Open Category.
• Local vs Non-Local Quota: Local status (85% AU/SVU region reservation) is verified against 7-year continuous study certificates; non-local candidates (15% unreserved quota) must submit valid residence certificates.
• Special Category Candidates (PH/CAP/NCC/Sports): Must carry the original verification acknowledgment slip issued during physical verification at the Help Line Centre held on September 9, 2026.
• Pending Final Semester Results: Candidates awaiting final degree marks memos must submit a certified web-marks statement and sign a 15-day provisional undertaking.
• Biometric Registration: Enrolled students must complete Aadhaar-based biometric attendance registration at the department office after joining formalities.
• Name/Spelling Discrepancies: Any mismatch between the allotment order and SSC marks memo requires a notarized affidavit submitted at the time of college reporting.
• Fee Reimbursement (Jagananna Vidya Deevena): Colleges cannot collect upfront tuition fees or withhold original certificates from eligible candidates; only a non-refundable admission/registration fee applies on presenting a valid White Rice Card or Income Certificate.
• Payment Failures on cap.apcfss.in: Candidates should avoid repeated payments after a gateway timeout and instead wait about 30 minutes for server reconciliation or contact technical support.
