• PGT Hindi: M.A. Hindi with Sanskrit and B.Ed, or Shastri examination from a recognized Sanskrit college affiliated to Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi.
• PGT Ganit (Mathematics): M.Sc. or M.Sc + B.Ed (3-year course), or B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics.
• PGT Rasayan Vigyan (Chemistry): M.Sc. Chemistry, or B.Sc (3-year, Hons), or PG in Biochemistry from a UGC-recognized university, or PG Diploma in Chemistry from an education department-recognized institution with B.Sc.
• PGT Bhautik Vigyan (Physics): M.Sc. (Physics), or B.Sc with PG Diploma in Physics from a recognized university/college.
• Computer Vigyan: M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science), or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science), or ‘B’ Level of DOEACC, or PG Diploma in Computer Applications, or B.Sc with computer-related course as detailed in the notification.
• Lab Assistant: High School with Science and Laboratory Technique Diploma, or Intermediate (Science stream) from a recognized board.
• Karyalay Adhikshak/Lipik: Intermediate pass (UP Board or equivalent), CCC/DOEACC certificate or Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, and minimum typing speed of 25 wpm Hindi and 30 wpm English.
• Poornkalik Shikshika (all subjects): Graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed, plus Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for upper primary level (classes 6–8).
• Anshkalik Shikshika (Art, Craft & Music): Graduate with training diploma in Art/Craft/Music, or Home Science craft training.
• Anshkalik Shikshika (Computer): Graduate with training such as NIELIT-equivalent B.Ed/L.T, or PGDCA/BCA/B.Sc (CS) with ‘O’ Level.
• Anshkalik Shikshika (Sports & PE): B.P.Ed/C.P.Ed/D.P.Ed. TET is not mandatory for this post.
• Caretaker: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
• Lekhakar (Accountant): Graduate in Commerce with working knowledge of MS Office and DOEACC ‘O’ Level (or equivalent).
