Employees’ State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital, Kalaburagi (ESIC Kalaburagi) has announced 34 vacancies for Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor posts on a contract basis. Eligible candidates can attend a walk-in interview on 26 October 2026 and 27 October 2026, reporting at 9:00 AM at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi. Applicants must register for document verification from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and meet the qualifications as per NMC norms. The notified consolidated remuneration is Rs. 2,48,850 for Professor, Rs. 1,65,480 for Associate Professor, and Rs. 1,42,170 for Assistant Professor posts. • Relieving Certificate from Previous institution
• Proof of ID (Aadhar Card and PAN Card)
• 2 passport-size photographs
• Other documents/Publications as per NMC criteria for faculty appointment
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer, if applicable
• Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- (if applicable) in favour of ‘ESI Corporation’ payable at ‘Kalaburagi’
• Self-attested photocopies (1 set) of all relevant original certificates

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must register for document verification from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 26.10.2026. The applications and submitted fees will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the walk-in interview before the selection committee on 27.10.2026 starting at 9:00 AM. If applicant numbers are large, a screening test may be conducted. Selection is based on performance in the personal interview.
