1. Go to the official website, psc.wb.gov.in.
2. Open the Results section.
3. Select the Miscellaneous Services Recruitment Examination notice.
4. Click the WBPSC Miscellaneous Result 2026 link and download the PDF.
5. Press Ctrl + F and enter your 7-digit roll number.
6. If your roll number appears, you are on the list for the Personality Test. Check your category and Standard (STD) entry against your application.

What Happens After the WBPSC Miscellaneous Result 2026?

All 2,834 qualified candidates are called for the Personality Test (interview). Candidates who clear it go through document verification. According to the information available, the full selection process runs in three stages: Preliminary Examination, Written (Final) Examination and Personality Test. Final selection will be based on written exam and Personality Test marks.

Important Instructions for Qualified Candidates

• The call is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility.
• Download the call letter from psc.wb.gov.in once the commission announces the date. The date has not been announced yet.
• Carry original certificates for proof of age, academic qualification, caste and other claims you have made.
• Candidature may be cancelled if you do not appear on the scheduled date.
• Ability to read, write and speak Bengali is essential. This is not required for candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali.
• SC, ST and OBC candidates from other states are treated as General. OBC reservation applies only to West Bengal OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
