Qualifications and Age Limit

• Program Officer: First-class degree in MBA / BE / BTech / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management) / Mathematics / Physics postgraduate.
• Assistant Programmer: MCA (Computer Science / Information Technology) / MSc degree, or BE / BTech in Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering from a recognized university, or equivalent.
• Accountant: BCom with at least 55% marks, or passed intermediate in ICWAI / CA, or post-graduation in BCom with 55% marks.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as of 01.01.2026, with an upper age relaxation up to 45 years for local resident unemployed youth of Chhattisgarh.

• Valid caste certificate issued by a competent authority for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Candidates are shortlisted on a merit basis derived from educational qualification weightage, computer practical tests, experience weightage, skill tests, and final document verification. For Assistant Programmer, 10 candidates are called per vacancy based on merit for skill tests. For other posts, shortlisting follows a merit ratio.
