Desirable:

• Prior experience in funded research projects related to behavioural addiction, clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience/neuropsychology, neurofeedback, and EEG data acquisition and analysis.
• Experience in experimental design and programming using E-Prime and/or PsychoPy.
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods, systematic literature reviews, and meta-analysis.

AUD Job Description

The project requires self-motivated candidates with strong communication and coordination skills to support project objectives.

Project Research Scientist-II. Non-Medical

• Undertake primary and secondary research, including literature reviews, secondary data analysis, and systematic organization and documentation of research materials.
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses, and assist in designing and implementing experimental paradigms.
• Coordinate and support data collection and field research activities, including fieldwork planning, logistics, and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in questionnaire development, data transcription, compilation, entry, coding, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Support the preparation of research outputs, including manuscripts for academic journals, research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other documentation.
• Maintain research records, project documentation, and data in an organized and systematic manner.
• Coordinate project-related logistics and facilitate communication among team members and external stakeholders.
• Undertake other research-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Team.

Project Technical Support-I

• Assist in primary and secondary research activities, including literature reviews, secondary data analysis, and documentation of research materials.
• Coordinate and support data collection and field research activities, including fieldwork logistics and stakeholder liaison.
• Assist in questionnaire development, data transcription, compilation, entry, coding, and data analysis.
• Support the preparation of research presentations, reports, and other project-related documents.
• Assist with project implementation, including coordination, logistics, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Undertake other research-related tasks assigned by the Project Team.

Project Technical Support-II

• Undertake and support primary and secondary research activities, including literature reviews and secondary data analysis.
• Coordinate and support data collection and field research activities, including fieldwork planning, logistics, and stakeholder liaison.
• Assist in questionnaire development, data transcription, compilation, entry, coding, and data analysis.
• Support data collection and the preparation of research presentations, reports, and other documentation.

Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) (1 post)

Qualification required: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc) in Psychology/Neuro Psychology/Applied Psychology/Cognitive Sciences/ Social Sciences or allied disciplines with Minimum 55% marks at the postgraduate level; MPhil/PhD in a relevant discipline. Age limit: Maximum 35 years. Pay: As per ICMR norms.

Project Technical Support-I (1 post)

Qualification required: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc or equivalent) in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Applied Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, or an allied discipline, with a minimum of 55% marks at the postgraduate level. Age limit: Maximum 35 years. Pay: As per ICMR norms.

Project Technical Support-II (1 post)

Qualification required: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc) in a social science discipline, such as Psychology, Neuropsychology, Applied Psychology, Cognitive Sciences, Social Sciences, or an allied discipline, with a minimum of 55% marks at the postgraduate level. Age limit: Maximum 35 years. Pay: As per ICMR norms.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Remuneration is as per ICMR norms; no amount is printed.

• Six (06) months (extendable based on performance and requirements, contract can be terminated on 15 days’ notice anytime during the term)
