TDD Joint Secretary or Above Officers in Mantralaya Departments or Other Departments Job Description

Officers appointed on a contract basis will perform the following duties:

• Carry out work related to appeals filed by aggrieved candidates against orders passed by Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committees declaring tribal claims invalid within 90 days of receiving the order.
• Perform workload duties in their respective jurisdictions as appellate authorities created under Section 6(b) of the Maharashtra Act No. 23 of 2000 (Amendment Act 2026).
• Work under the administrative control of the Commissioner, Tribal Research and Training Institute, Pune during the contract period.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Remuneration and allowances follow the General Administration Department Government Resolution dated 10-06-2025; no amount is printed.

• Appointment is made initially on a contract basis for a period of one year.
• Two months notice must be given prior to resignation.
