Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Master’s Degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agri) in GPB / Ag. Biotechnology / Seed Technology / Plant Physiology from recognized University
• Experience: Desirable: Working experience in conducting research trials of Plant Breeding, with knowledge of MS-word, Power point, Excel, etc.
• Age limit: Maximum 35 years (as on the date of interview)
• Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC and other exempted categories As per university rules

Other conditions:

• No accommodation will be provided for this post
• Leave and other benefits as per existing norms of the University

Desirable:

• Working experience in conducting research trials of Plant Breeding

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Purely contractual; no claim for regular appointment under Dr. PDKV, Akola
• Tenure up to 31 March 2027, extendable depending on continuation of project, product testing trials and availability of grant
• Term co-terminus with the project or earlier based on performance
• Must join within 7 days from the date of issue of order, else the order is treated as cancelled
• One month prior notice required to leave before the tenure ends, failing which one month pay or pay for the shortfall will not be drawn
• Principal Investigator (SRS-Pulses) may terminate without notice if duties are not performed as desired
