• This recruitment procedure is subject to the decision of the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, on writ petition No. 12051/2015.
• The vacant post and all terms and conditions apply as mentioned in No Objection letter No. JDHEKolhapur/NOC/2026/00015 dated 29.10.2026 from the Deputy Secretary (Higher Education), Mantralaya, Mumbai.
