1. Fill in your Bio-data on the Application Format, which the notice says is available on the website.
2. Attach a self-attested photograph.
3. Attach photocopies of your certificates/testimonials from matriculation onwards and the desired experience certificate.
4. Add one recent attested passport size photograph.
5. Put everything in an envelope and send or deliver it to the address above so that it is received by 11.11.2026 up to 4:30 PM.

The notice does not mention whether the application should go by post, speed post or by hand, or what should be written on the envelope. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

Medical Management and Quality Manager

• Qualification: MBBS/MBBS post graduate Degree/Diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 2 (Two) years working experience in medical field.
• Age limit: Up to 62 years.
• Pay: Rs. 55,930/- per month, consolidated.

Terms of Appointment

Both posts are to be filled on a contract basis, initially for a one-year period. The contract is extendable depending upon performance and work and conduct etc. or the duration of the project.
