Who Can Apply for ESIC MCH Bihta Recruitment 2026?

Other conditions:

• Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory institutions should preferably bring an NOC, or a copy of ‘applied for NOC’, at the interview.
• No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining.
• Retired/Working Professor may apply to vacant post of Associate Professor; salary as per the scale of Professor.

Professor (16 posts)

Qualification required: As per NMC (MCI) guidelines. Age limit: Maximum 69 years. Pay: Fixed Basic- ₹ 1,18,500 & other allowance.

Associate Professor (26 posts)

Qualification required: As per NMC (MCI) guidelines. Age limit: Maximum 69 years. Pay: Fixed Basic- ₹ 78,800 & other allowance.

Assistant Professor (17 posts)

Qualification required: As per NMC (MCI) guidelines. Age limit: Maximum 69 years. Pay: Fixed Basic- ₹ 67,700 & other allowance.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Monthly pay is paid according to data in the Biometric Attendance System for attendance marked by the person.

• Tenure 01 (One) year OR attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
• Engagement may be terminated from either side with one-month prior notice without assigning reason.
• On spot resignation, one month’s salary is to be deposited to ESIC Account through Challan.
• No claim for PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance/Benefits, Seniority, Promotion etc.
• Absence beyond 07 days without permission amounts to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
• Attendance to be marked manually and on AEBAS daily; monthly pay as per Biometric Attendance System data.
