Who Cannot Apply for OLM Recruitment 2026
- Candidates debarred, terminated or removed from service by OLM and Mission Shakti Department on disciplinary grounds.
- Candidates whose age is outside the limit; overage relaxation is not allowed to PwD candidates with less than 40% disability.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Contract is initially for 1 year, which may be renewed based on satisfactory performance and continued as per project requirement.
- Contractual engagement gives no right to regularisation, permanent absorption or continuation beyond the contractual period.
- No TA/DA is paid for the examination, document verification or first joining of OLM.

How Will OLM Select Candidates?
- Computer Based Test (CBT)

OLM Exam Pattern 2026

How to Apply for OLM Recruitment 2026 Online
- Read the whole advertisement, including the eligibility criteria and the Syllabus Appendix, before filling in the online application form.
- Apply online only through www.missionshakti.odisha.gov.in; applications received through any other mode are rejected.
- Follow the detailed instructions on the website for registration, document upload and fee payment.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- online at the time of registration; SC, ST and PwD candidates pay nil.
- Submit the application between 06 Nov 2026 and 05 Dec 2026 (11:55 PM).
- Apply once per position; if more than one form is submitted for the same post, only the latest correct form is considered.
- Attempt the mock test link that will be placed on the website before the CBT.
- Download the e-Admit Card from the website ahead of the examination; none is sent separately.
- Apply on or before 5 December 2026.
Other Points to Note
- Application fee is refunded to all candidates who appear in the examination.
- Exact CBT date, shift and venue will be notified on the e-admit card on the website.
- Candidates must report with a printed e-Admit Card and a valid original Government photo ID.
- OLM may change the number of vacancies without notice and may cancel the recruitment process fully or partially.
- Grievances about the CBT must be e-mailed to [email protected] within 3 days of the candidate’s examination.
