Who Can Apply

The selected Project Coordinator will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month. The appointment is on a contractual basis for an initial period of one year, which is extendable up to two years.

TISS Project Coordinator Job Description

The roles and responsibilities assigned to the Project Coordinator include:

• Execute project implementation plan – activities.
• Develop activity contents and identify resources needed for execution of the same.
• Ensure that reports of the activities are prepared and filed for records.
• Organise training sessions.
• Manage MIS.
• Documentation and record keeping.
• Coordination with youth fellows across 6 districts of Maharashtra.
• Ensure that the project delivers evidence based results – quantitative and qualitative.
• Update project work plans to reflect a changing environment.
• Articulate changes in project activities (if any) under the guidance of Project Director.
• Work effectively in teams as well as independently.
• Travel across Maharashtra and other States when necessary.
