Computer Programmer Qualification and Experience

• First division B.E. Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / B.E. (IT) / DOEACC ‘A’ level / BCA / PGDCA with knowledge of DOT NET Technologies, Java, MS-SQL, Oracle. Preference for Oracle knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in government rural development schemes on at least equal pay. 5 marks for up to 2 years experience, 10 marks for more than 2 years experience (maximum 5 marks for DOT NET Technologies, Java, MS-SQL, Oracle knowledge if valid documents are available).

Programme Officer Qualification and Experience

• First division MBA / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management) or Post Graduation in Mathematics / Physics.
• Minimum work experience in government rural development schemes on at least equal pay. Experience marks: 5 marks for 1 to 2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years.

Assistant Programmer Qualification and Experience

• Degree from a recognized university in M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree OR recognized university degree in B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum work experience in government rural development schemes on at least equal pay: 5 marks for 1 to 2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years.

Accountant Qualification and Experience

• 55% marks in B.Com (SC, ST, OBC categories 50% in B.Com) (Passed in second division in B.Com for Bastar and Surguja division candidates).
• Higher Secondary passed percentage given 20% weightage, minimum educational qualification percentage given 50% weightage, computer practical test 15% weightage. Experience in government rural development schemes: 5 marks for 1 to 2 years, 10 marks up to 5 years, 15 marks for more than 5 years.

Selection Process
