Senior Research Consultant (Tariff-Engg.) (2 posts)

Qualification required: Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institution with 8 years experience. Experience required: Minimum experience of 08 years in Power Sector, out of which 04 years’ experience in Tariff Determination in Regulatory set up or commercial/regulatory experience in GENCO/Transco/Discoms. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: Rs.1,25,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month.

Senior Research Consultant (Tariff-Finance) (2 posts)

Qualification required: Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance)/ MBA (Power Management) full time from a reputed Institute / University with 8 years experience. Experience required: Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in tariff determination and financial modelling, cost analysis, or annual accounts analysis. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: Rs.1,25,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month.

Senior Research Consultant (Engineering) (2 posts)

Qualification required: Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institution with 8 years experience. Experience required: Minimum experience of 08 years in Power Sector, out of which 04 years’ experience in working in Distribution / Transmission / Generation Company. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: Rs.1,25,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month.

Senior Research Consultant (Law) (2 posts)

Qualification required: Qualified LLB from a reputed Institute / University with 3 years experience in civil matters. Experience required: 03 years’ experience in civil matters preferably in commercial and civil court act, writ matters, Labour matters. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: Rs.1,25,000 to Rs. 1,45,000 per month.

Consultant (HR) (1 post)

Qualification required: Full-time MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / equivalent to MBA(HR) from a recognized University/Institute with 3 years experience. Experience required: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in Establishment / Human Resources / Administration in Central/ State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies. Age limit: Maximum 35 years. Pay: Rs.1,05,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 per month.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

Consolidated fee fixed considering average pay drawn during last three months in immediate previous employment.

• Engaged for a period of three years, renewable on yearly basis up to a maximum tenure of 06 years or till attainment of 65 years of age.
