The selection process for BoB Recruitment 2026 may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, a Psychometric Test, and/or a Group Discussion and Personal Interview, as decided by the Bank for each post.
- Online Test (if conducted): Tentative structure includes Reasoning (25 questions/25 marks), English Language (25 questions/25 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions/25 marks), and Professional Knowledge (75 questions/150 marks), for a total of 150 questions/225 marks in 150 minutes. Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude sections are qualifying in nature; only Professional Knowledge marks count toward the final result. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Psychometric Test/Personal Interview (PI): Conducted to assess personality, communication, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and willingness to work in any part of the country. The minimum qualifying marks for PI are 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other reserved categories.
