• Full time B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA in Electronics/E&TC/IT/ Computers Science/Computer Eng./Electrical/Mechanical or any allied disciplines from any recognized Institute/University.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration [MBA (Finance/ Operations/ Projects)], PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management/PMP Certification.
• At least 10 years of cumulative experience in Program/Project Management (i.e., Planning/Execution/Implementation and Monitoring of high value projects).
• Good experience/knowledge of preparation of documentation pertaining to projects like RFPs/EOI/Contract Agreements/MoU/LOIs/Work Order etc.
• Well versed with Govt. regulations (pertaining to conclusion of Contracts/Execution of projects), CVC guidelines, Labour Laws etc.
• Previously served/been employed in regular (non-contractual capacity) for a cumulative period of at least 20 years in CPSES, Central Government Group ‘A’ officers (including Armed Forces / Para military), or State PSEs (where annual turnover is 500 Cr or more for the past 3 years).
