CSIR NAL Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Research Fellow: First class MSc in Physics/Material Science/Electronics with minimum 2 years of research experience, One publications in a SCI Journal and should have completed at least two years of post-MSc., research experience; OR M.Tech in Nanotechnology / electronics with at least 60% marks. Preference will be given to NET/GATE qualified candidates
• Junior Research Fellow: First class MSc. Physics/Material Science/Chemistry. Applicants should have CSIR UGC NET (Lectureship qualification also eligible) or a valid GATE score/qualification.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Age Relaxation: Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. Relaxation of PWD is applicable as per CSIR/GoI guidelines.
