Where and How to Send

The notice prints the application form format. Applications are accepted only through Registered Post or Speed Post at this address: Office of the District Magistrate Jalaun (Disaster Section), Collectorate Orai, Janpad Jalaun. The notice does not print a PIN code.

The last date for submitting the application is 13 November 2026. Applications received after the prescribed time on the last date will not be considered, so the application must reach the office by then. The form format and other information can also be obtained from the Disaster Section on office days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

The application form asks for the following:

1. Advertisement number, name of the post applied for, candidate’s name and father’s/mother’s name.
2. Nationality and date of birth.
3. Permanent address and address for correspondence.
4. Mobile number, email ID and Aadhaar number.
5. Educational qualification details: qualification, board/university, maximum marks, marks obtained and percentage.
6. Experience details.
7. A declaration that the details are true; the competent authority may cancel the candidature if any information is found false.
8. Details of enclosures, date and place, and the candidate’s signature.

A recent passport size photograph must be pasted on the form.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

There is 1 post of Disaster Expert (Disaster Professional), engaged on a contract basis at a fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per month.

• Essential qualification: Graduate degree in any subject from a recognised university.
• Preference: Preference will be given to graduates who hold a Post Graduate qualification or Diploma in the field of disaster management.
• Experience: 03 years of work experience in the field of disaster management.
• Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 01 July 2026. The notice does not mention any age relaxation.
• Application fee: Candidates do not have to pay any kind of application fee.

Selection Process

Candidates will be called for an interview on 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Collectorate, Meeting Hall (Sabhakaksh), Orai, Janpad Jalaun. Candidates bear their own travel expenses for coming to the interview. The decision of the Chairman of the Selection Committee will be final and binding, and the relevant Government Orders will be followed in the recruitment process.
