Selection Process

Selection is based on merit calculated through weightage across multiple criteria: Higher Secondary marks (up to 20 marks), essential educational qualification percentage (up to 50 marks), computer practical test (15 marks), and experience in government rural development schemes (up to 15 marks based on duration). Candidates will be called for the computer practical test in a 1:10 ratio.
