(Medical Lab Technology), GNM, B.Pharmacy, Diploma in Pharmacy, 10+2, Matriculation, and other relevant qualifications can submit their offline applications on or before 10 August 2026. Eligibility Criteria

• Officer-In-Charge Polyclinic: Graduate with Minimum 05 Yrs work experience in health care institutions or managerial positions.
• Medical Officer: MBBS with Minimum 03 years after internship. Preferable additional qualification in medicine/surgery.
• Dental Officer: BDS with Minimum 03 years work experience.
• Lab Assistant: DMLT/Class I Lab Tech Course (Armd Forces) with Minimum 05 years work experience in Laboratory.
• Lab Technician: B.Sc. (Med Lab Technology) or Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from Recognized institution/Board. (ii) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from Recognized Institution. Minimum 03 years experience as a lab assistant in a medical lab.
• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma/Class I nursing assistance course (Armd Forces) with Minimum 05 years experience.
• Pharmacist: B Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. or 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board And Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum 03 years experience.
• Dental Hygienist: Diploma holder in Dental Hyg/ Class-I DH/DORA course (Armd Forces) with Minimum 05 years experience in Dental Laboratory.
• Female Attendant: Literate with Minimum 05 years experience in civil/Army health institutions.
• Peon: Education-class 8, GD trade (Armd Forces) with Minimum 05 years service.
• Chowkidar: Education-class 8 or GD trade for Armd Forces personnel with Minimum 05 years service.
• Driver: Education-8 Class. Class-I MT driver (Armed Forces) Posses of Civil driving Licence. Minimum 05 years work experience as Driver.
