Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates must possess the academic qualification, teaching, and research experience as per the latest guidelines of NMC (National Medical Commission), stipulated in Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of document verification and interview.

Salary and Allowances

Other allowances include NPA, DA, HRA, TA, and DA on TA. The approximate total remuneration on date is Rs. 139462.

• MCI/SMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
• M.Sc Certificate (For Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry & Statistics) with PhD degree (if required)
• BCME & BCBR Certificate wherever necessary
• Two Recent Passport size Photographs
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC & I&A Certificate for EWS candidates (OBC candidates must submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Proforma, not more than One year old from the date of interview)
• No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable
• Experience Certificate, wherever applicable

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must report for document verification between 09:00 AM and 09:30 AM at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022. Only candidates whose documents are verified successfully will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview.

• Selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for Rs. 30,000/- drawn in favour of “ESIC Fund Account No. 1” payable at Guwahati towards security deposit.
• If the selected candidate resigns/terminates contract within 09 months of commencement with or without prior notice, the security deposit of Rs. 30,000/- will be forfeited.
• No Private practice is allowed during the tenure of service in ESIC.
