Haryana D.El.Ed Admit Card 2026 – How to Download

The admit card download process for this cycle works through the institute, not through an individual student login. Here’s how it works, as per the board’s instructions:

1. The principal/head of the D.El.Ed training institute visits the official website, bseh.org.in.
2. They log in using the institute’s official user ID and password.
3. The admit cards for all eligible student-teachers of that institute are downloaded from the login panel.
4. A colour printout of each admit card must be taken on A4-size paper, along with the candidate’s photograph.
5. Student-teachers should contact their respective institute directly to collect their admit card, since individual downloads are not being offered for this exam cycle as per the current notice.

Important Instructions for Haryana D.El.Ed October 2026 Exam

BSEH Chairman Shankar Lal Dhupar and Secretary Deepak Babulal Karva have highlighted the following instructions for institutes and student-teachers:

• Exams will be held daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• All student-teachers must follow the instructions printed on their admit card.
• A colour printout of the admit card on A4-size paper, complete with photograph, is mandatory for entry to the exam centre.
• Candidates must ensure their Aadhaar card or photo ID details are centre will not be permitted without this update.
• Institute heads are responsible for ensuring only eligible student-teachers (as per the admission-year categories listed above) are issued roll numbers.
