Important Dates

• Teacher Drawing (26022): CBT held on 29.07.2026; result declared 10 September 2026; document verification from 21.09.2026, 10:00 AM onwards.
• Teacher Fine Arts (26033): CBT held on 14.08.2026; result declared 10 September 2026; document verification on 24.09.2026, 10:00 AM onwards.

The exact schedule/time-slot for document verification of individual shortlisted candidates will be uploaded separately on the official HPRCA website. The press notes do not specify individual reporting times beyond the 10:00 AM start.

How Candidates Will Be Informed/ Next Steps

1. Regularly check the official HPRCA website (hprca.hp.gov.in) for the detailed document verification schedule, which will be uploaded separately.
2. Watch the registered email ID for intimation from HPRCA, as candidates will also be informed via email.
3. Report to the HP Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur premises on the notified date and time with all required documents.
4. No separate call letter will be sent by post for document verification.

Important Instructions

• Document verification for Teacher Drawing (26022) starts 21.09.2026 at 10:00 AM at the HPRCA Hamirpur premises.
• Document verification for Teacher Fine Arts (26033) is on 24.09.2026 at 10:00 AM at the same venue.
• Candidates who fail to appear on the fixed date will not be considered for further selection, and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
• The detailed verification schedule will be uploaded on the official HPRCA website in due course.
• No separate call letter will be sent by post; intimation will be through registered email IDs only.
• HPRCA has stated that while every care has been taken in preparing the result, the possibility of an inadvertent or technical error cannot be ruled out, and the Aayog reserves the right to rectify the same later.
