• Residence and caste certificates must be issued online by the tehsil with digital signature and be verifiable online
• Income certificate must be online-verifiable and within three years of issue as of 26-11-2026
• Two women of one family will not be appointed at one Anganwadi centre

How Will ICDS Select Candidates?

• Selection as per the Government Order dated 17-09-2025
• Merit prepared on the basis of educational qualification up to a maximum of postgraduate
• Preference by category of woman of the same gram sabha / ward, then category-wise selection from the concerned Nyay Panchayat
• First preference: widow / legally divorced / abandoned woman of a BPL family resident of the same gram sabha / ward
• Next: women of BPL families of the same gram sabha / ward
• If none is eligible in the gram sabha, category-wise selection from the concerned Nyay Panchayat

Documents to Enclose

• Self-attested copies of documents mentioned in the online form, clean and legible
• Income, caste and residence certificates issued by 26-11-2026
• High School marksheet and certificate (date of birth)
• Widows: death certificate from Gram Panchayat Officer / urban body and certified copy of family register
• Divorced / abandoned women: legal order issued by the court
