  • BSc/ BA in Economics or MSc/ MA in Economics or both
  • Relevant experience either in academics or industry or an M. Phil [or higher qualifications] will be preferred.
• Academic Associate:
  • Ph.D. in relevant area.

IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit

• Preferably below 35 years.
• Maximum Age Limit for Academic Assistant/ Associate: 35 years.

IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend

• Academic Assistant: Rs. 27,500/- to Rs. 32,000/- per month. Rs. 27,500/- per month for no experience. Increment of Rs. 1500/- may be recommended for every completed year of relevant academic / industrial job experience, subject to the maximum ceiling of Rs. 32,000/- per month.
• Academic Associate: Rs. 33,000/- to Rs. 39,000/- per month. Rs. 33,000/- per month for Ph.D. (or equivalent). Increment of Rs. 2000/- may be recommended for every completed year of relevant academic / industrial job experience, subject to the maximum ceiling of Rs. 39,000/- per month.
