IIM Kozhikode Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must fulfill the essential educational qualifications and experience requirements specified for each post as of the last date of receipt of online application.

Experience Requirements:

• Assistant: Six (06) years’ relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-05 (Rs. 29200-92300) or combined service of eight (08) years’ relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-04 (Rs. 25500-81100) and Pay Level-05 (Rs. 29200-92300) for officials of Govt./Autonomous Institutions, OR equivalent relevant service and pay for Non-Govt. officials on contract basis meeting prescribed salary thresholds.
• Junior Assistant: Five (05) years relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-03 (Rs. 21700-69100) or eight (08) years relevant office clerical experience in Pay Level-02 (Rs. 19900-63200) for officials of Govt./Autonomous Institutions, OR equivalent relevant service and pay for Non-Govt. officials on contract basis.
• Junior Accountant: Five (05) years relevant post qualification experience in Pay Level-03 (Rs. 21700-69100) for officials of Govt./Autonomous Institutions, OR equivalent relevant service and pay for Non-Govt. officials on contract basis.

2. Submit your online application through the portal between 15.10.2026 and 14.11.2026 (up to 23:59 hours).
3. Pay the prescribed application fee of Rs. 118/- online, if applicable.
4. Take a printout of the submitted online application and duly sign it.
5. Enclose self-attested copies of all required documents and certificates.

• SSLC as proof of date of birth.

• Separate application along with relevant supporting documents must be sent and application fee is to be paid for each post.
• The eligibility, age, qualification, etc. prescribed shall be as on the last date of receipt of online application.
• Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector, or Autonomous Bodies must forward their applications through proper channel.
