ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
Age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, where the post is reserved for that category. Additional relaxation applies to serving government employees, Ex-servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, widows, divorced women, judicially separated women, and meritorious sportspersons, as per Government of India orders.

ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026 Application Fee
Fees are payable online only, via the SBI e-Payment gateway, using Internet Banking, Domestic Debit/Credit Cards, or UPI. Fee once paid is refunded (fully for Female/SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PwBD candidates, and partially – Rs. 500 or Rs. 400 depending on post – for other candidates) but only to those who appear in the Written Test.
ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Final selection is based purely on Written Test scores; the Skill Test is qualifying (GO/NO-GO) in nature. The Written Test will be held offline (OMR mode) at Tirunelveli and Chennai – candidates choose their preferred city at the time of application, and this choice cannot be changed later.

How to Apply for ISRO IPRC Recruitment 2026
- Visit the Careers page of the official IPRC website, www.iprc.gov.in, between 15 September 2026, 10:00 Hrs and 5 October 2026, 16:00 Hrs.
- Register and fill in the online application form. Candidates registered on the National Career Services (NCS) portal may also apply through the same process.
- Upload a recent photograph (JPEG, formal dress, max 1 MB) and signature (JPEG, aspect ratio 7:2, max 1 MB).
- Upload scanned copies of required certificates/testimonials as applicable to your post (see Documents section below).
- Select your preferred city (Tirunelveli or Chennai) for the Written Test – this choice is final and cannot be changed later.
- Pay the application fee online via the SBI e-Payment gateway using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
- Verify all entered details carefully, since the online application cannot be edited after final submission.
- Download and preserve the generated Application Form for your records. There is no need to send a printout to IPRC.

Important Conditions
- Out of the 4 Fitter vacancies, 1 is reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
- Out of the 3 Machinist vacancies, 1 is reserved for PwBD (Orthopaedically Handicapped – OH).
- Out of the 3 Fireman ‘A’ vacancies, 1 is reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
- Cook ‘A’ applicants’ experience certificates must be issued by a well-established Hotel/Canteen; certificates from individuals will not be accepted.
- Fireman ‘A’ applicants must satisfy prescribed Physical Fitness Standards and upload a Preliminary Medical Examination Certificate with the online application.
