Provisional vs Final Round 3 Allotment: What Is the Difference?

The provisional list was published first so that candidates could review it and raise grievances, where applicable. The final list follows after those grievances are looked at. Do not treat the provisional list as confirmation of admission. Check the final list before you pay fees or travel to a college.

What Details Are Given in the Allotment List?

• Application number or other candidate identifier
• Rank or merit information, where provided
• Allotted college
• Allotted course (MBBS or BDS)
• Allotment status and related remarks

The exact columns in the PDF may differ. Read the notes at the top of the document.

3. Pay the prescribed fee through the authorised method before the deadline. According to the Phase 3 notification coverage, allottees at government colleges pay the full fee to CEE.
4. Prepare your original documents and photocopies.
5. Report to the allotted college and complete admission within the joining period.

Important Instructions for Round 3 Candidates

• Joining is compulsory. According to the notification coverage, a candidate who is allotted a seat in this phase and does not join by the prescribed date loses the allotment from the previous phase, the allotment in this phase and all options in that stream.
• Fresh options were required. Every candidate wanting to be considered in Phase 3, including those already holding a Phase 1 or Phase 2 allotment or admission, had to register options again.
• Unallotted category seats are converted in this phase under the prospectus conditions.
• MCC cross-checks apply. If MCC declares candidates allotted or admitted in its Round 3 ineligible for state Round 3 counselling and shares their list, their options will not be considered in this phase.
• Do not rely on social media for deadlines. Use only the official CEE Kerala website.
