District and Sessions Court, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad has announced 2 contract vacancies for Senior Superintendent (Head Clerk) and Typist posts under advertisement number Dis.No.1555/2026/Admn. Candidates must submit their offline applications by post or courier to The Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad on or before 31 October 2026. Qualifications vary by post, with the Senior Superintendent requiring graduation and retired Judicial Employee status from the Senior Superintendent category, while the Typist post requires a Bachelor’s Degree, higher grade English Typewriting, and computer knowledge. The consolidated remuneration is Rs. 40,000 p.m. for the Senior Superintendent and Rs. 19,500 p.m. for the Typist, and the selection process includes a technical efficiency typewriting test for the Typist followed by an oral interview for qualified candidates.

Where and How to Send

Applications must be addressed to the Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad in a sealed cover. The application form along with enclosures must be sent by way of post or by way of courier. Applications will not be entertained either directly or in person. Candidates must enclose a self-addressed registered post cover with acknowledgment worth of Rs. 70/- or as fixed by the Postal Department for RPAD. Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Eligibility and Conditions for Retired Telangana Judicial Ministerial Servants

• The individual must not have completed 65 years of age.
• Only persons who have retired as members of Telangana Judicial Ministerial Service alone will be considered.
• Persons who have retired in the corresponding or higher categories of Telangana Judicial Ministerial Service will be considered for the respective posts.
• Only persons who are of sound health and active habits alone will be considered.
• Persons with proven record of ability, good performance and integrity alone will be considered.
• Persons who have been awarded any punishments for any misconduct in disciplinary proceedings while in service are not eligible for consideration.
• Selected persons must produce a physical fitness certificate and enter into an agreement/contract with the District Court, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad.

Eligibility Conditions for Outsiders

In case of non-availability of Retired Ministerial Staff of Judicial Department, candidates from outside will be considered. For outsiders:

• Age Limit: As on 01.07.2026, a candidate must have completed the age of 18 years and must not have completed the age of 46 years.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of maximum age limit in respect of SCs, STs, BCs, and EWS is 5 years, and for candidates with physical disabilities, it is 10 years.
• Senior Superintendent (Head Clerk) Qualification: Must be a graduate and retired Judicial Employee from the category of Senior Superintendent.
• Typist Qualification: (i) Must have passed Bachelor’s Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification. (ii) Must have passed Telangana Government Technical examination in English Typewriting by higher grade qualification or its equivalent examination. (iii) Must have knowledge or qualification in computer operation.

Enclosures

• Certificate of academic qualifications such as marks lists, pass certificate, provisional certificate, testimonials, and other certificates to prove technical efficiency if any.
• Date of Birth certificate.
• Community certificate in case of SCs, STs, and BCs issued by the competent authority.
• Employment Registration Card.
• Certificate in respect of Local and Non-local candidature in terms of Presidential Order, 1975.
• A self-addressed registered post cover with acknowledgment worth of Rs. 70/- or as fixed by the Postal Department for RPAD.

Selection Process

The selection is made on contract basis as per Rule 9 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Rules, 1996 for a period of one year in the Fast Track Special Court for Expeditious Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Act Cases, Asifabad. For the post of Typist, there will be a test in Typewriting with regard to technical efficiency, and qualified candidates will be called for an oral interview. For posts of Senior Superintendent and Typist, those who have higher academic and technical qualifications will be given due consideration.
