• General Manager
  • Qualifications: B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.
  • Experience: Minimum 21 years post qualification experience in which 7 years’ experience in relevant field/sub domain. Must be working in IDA pay scale of ₹120,000-2,80,000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above, or equivalent. For Re-employment: Minimum 21 years post qualification experience, retired from IDA pay scale of ₹120,000-280,000 or above OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-14 (7th CPC) or above.
• Deputy General Manager
  • Qualifications: Graduate from Govt Recognized University/ Institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 9 years post qualification experience in which 5 years’ experience in relevant field/sub domain. Must be working/worked in IDA pay scale of ₹70000-200000 OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above, or equivalent. For Re-employment: Minimum 9 years post qualification experience, retired from IDA pay scale of 70000-200000 or above OR CDA Pay Matrix Level-11 (7th CPC) or above.

• For Re-employment: Minimum 55 years, Maximum 63 years.
• For General Manager/Additional General Manager (Contract): Maximum 57 years.
• For Deputy General Manager (Contract): Maximum 50 years.
• Age Relaxation for Deputation: Maximum 58 years at the time of cutoff date of eligibility in the advertisement, in case where the age of retirement in the organization where they are working is 60 years OR Maximum 60 years at the time of cutoff date of eligibility in the advertisement, in case where the age of retirement in the organization where they are working is 62 years.

MPMRCL Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend

• General Manager: ₹120000-280000 (IDA) for Contract. Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances OR Pay & allowances of MPMRCL as per rules of the corporation for Deputation. Consolidated Pay for retired officers joining on re-employment: ₹165900/- pm plus other applicable allowances.
• Additional General Manager: ₹100000-260000 for Contract. Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances OR Pay & allowances of MPMRCL as per rules of the corporation for Deputation. Consolidated Pay for retired officers joining on re-employment: ₹142300/- pm or ₹127400/- pm plus other applicable allowances depending on previous pay scale.
• Deputy General Manager: ₹70000-200000 for Contract. Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowances & other applicable allowances OR Pay & allowances of MPMRCL as per rules of the corporation for Deputation. Consolidated Pay for retired officers joining on re-employment: ₹87800/- pm plus other applicable allowance.
