Who Can Apply for RGU Recruitment 2026?

Other conditions:

• Applicants must be employees of All India Services, Central or State Govt. services, Autonomous organizations, Regulatory Authorities, Universities or Research Institutions etc. of Central/State Governments
• Only candidates whose services can be spared immediately on selection should apply

Desirable:

• Executive Engineer: experience in construction of multi-storey building projects and in planning/estimation/measurement/tendering as per CPWD/PWD norms
• Executive Engineer: good knowledge of CPWD manuals, estimates, drawings, structural details, bill of quantities and deviation statements
• Executive Engineer: knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software

Post-wise Details

Internal Audit Officer (1 post)

Qualification required: Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Services in Central/State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR three years regular service in Level 11 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Bodies; OR five years regular service in Level 10 or equivalent in the area of Audit and Accounts in any Govt. Department/Autonomous Bodies. Experience required: Three years in Level 11 or five years in Level 10 in Audit and Accounts (alternatives to holding an analogous post). Age limit: Maximum 56 years. Pay: Level 12 (₹78,800–2,09,200).

Executive Engineer (1 post)

Qualification required: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University or equivalent; 08 years of experience as Assistant Engineer in the relevant field from CPWD/State PWD or similar organized services/Semi Government/PSU/Statutory or Autonomous Organization/University System or reputed private organizations with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 crores. Experience required: 08 years of experience as Assistant Engineer in the relevant field from CPWD/State Government PWD services or similar organized services/Semi Government/PSU/Statutory or Autonomous Organization/University System or reputed private organizations with an annual turnover of atleast Rs. 200/- crores or more. Age limit: Maximum 45 years. Pay: Level 11 (₹67,700–2,08,700).

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Deputation on Foreign Service terms initially for a period of three years, subject to satisfactory performance
• Governed by DoPT OM No. 6/9/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time
• Pay/deputation (duty) allowance fixed as per DoPT instructions
