The city slip is not released for all candidates on a single day. RRB is issuing it in a staggered manner, roughly 9–10 days ahead of each candidate’s exam date. The confirmed release schedule so far is below.

How to Download the RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026

1. Visit the official RRB website, www.rrbcdg.gov.in, or your respective regional RRB website.
2. Look for the “CEN 09/2025 (RRB Group D) – Exam City Intimation Slip” link on the notice board section.
3. Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth as generated at the time of registration.
4. Fill in the CAPTCHA code and click submit.
5. Your allotted exam city, date, and shift details will appear on the screen.
6. Download and save the slip for future reference, and cross-check all details carefully before the exam date.

The duration of the exam is 90 minutes, extended to 120 minutes for PwD candidates.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• The city intimation slip is a preliminary document; it is not a valid entry pass for the exam centre. The e-Admit Card/Call Letter is required separately.
• Use only the official RRB candidate portal to log in, and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option available on the login page.
• The slip becomes visible only once it is active for your specific application and exam date if you see a message stating the slip is “not live yet,” check again closer to your allotted exam date.
• Keep a printed and digital copy of the city slip once downloaded, for reference while planning travel.
• Cross-check the exam city, date, and shift carefully, since errors should be reported to RRB through official channels as soon as possible.

RRB Group D Admit Card 2026

The RRB Group D Admit Card (e-Call Letter) is scheduled to be released on 31st July 2026 onwards at the candidate login portal, generally becoming available 3–4 days before each candidate’s exam date. It will include details such as candidate name, exact exam centre address, roll number, and shift timing. The direct link will be added here once officially confirmed for each exam-date batch; this information is not yet available beyond the 31st July start date at the time of writing.
