How to Download the SWR RRC Hubballi PET E-Call Letter

1. Visit the official E-Call Letter download link: Here
2. The download facility is live from 13.09.2026.
3. Log in using the credentials/registration details as required on the portal.
4. Download and take a clear printout of the E-Call Letter well in advance of the PET date.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Report at the venue on the exact date and time mentioned in your individual E-Call Letter.
• Carry six (06) passport-size photographs along with the printed call letter.
• Requests for change of date, time, or batch will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• The Call Letter will not be sent to any candidate by post – it must be downloaded online.
• Wear suitable attire for the PET; canvas/sports shoes are compulsory, and shoes with spikes are not permitted.
• Mere shortlisting for PET does not confer any right to appointment in Railway service. Candidature remains provisional and subject to fulfillment of all prescribed recruitment conditions.
• Regularly check the official RRC/SWR website for updates, and be cautious of touts and fake websites.
