Pay and Terms
The consolidated monthly remuneration for each post is fixed as follows: Rs. 84,960/- for Medical Officer, Rs. 46,720/- for PEM/PTI cum Matron, Rs. 40,800/- for Nursing Assistant, Rs. 71,840/- for Counsellor, and Rs. 76,160/- for PGT (Physical Education). The contractual appointment is made for an initial period of 11 months from the date of joining plus a one-month break period, extendable annually up to a maximum period of three years only, subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements. Formal performance evaluations are conducted quarterly by the Vice Principal or Administrative Officer and reviewed by the Principal. No remuneration is payable during the prescribed break period or during school vacations/breaks when the contractual employee is not on active duty.
Age Limit and Relaxations
The age limit for Medical Officer, PEM/PTI cum Matron, and Nursing Assistant is 18 to 50 years, and for Counsellor and PGT (Physical Education) is 21 to 50 years, calculated as on 17 October 2026. The maximum age limit is increased by 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), and by 3 years for candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC).
