Who Can Apply

Desirable experience for Health System Fellows includes programme management, working with government health systems or district administrations, stakeholder coordination, social research, and documentation. Desirable skills include strong programme coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to speak Garo.

Desirable experience for Nursing Consultants includes clinical teaching, mentorship, supervision, competency-based education, quality improvement, and emergency care. Desirable skills include clinical mentorship, documentation, and the ability to speak and write in local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar).

Pay and Tenure

Health System Fellows receive a monthly remuneration of INR 50,000 for a full-time contractual position of 12 months. Nursing Consultants receive a monthly remuneration of INR 70,000 for a full-time one-year contractual position, which is extendable on a performance basis with an initial probation period of three months.
