Educational Qualifications

A. Senior Dots Plus TBHIV Supervisor –

• Bachelor Degree or recognized Sanitary Inspector’s course
• Certificate course of computer operation (Min.2 months)
• Permanent 2-Wheeler Driving License

B. Preferential Qualifications

• Tuberculosis Health visitors recognized course
• Govt. recognized degree /Diploma in social work or Medical social work
• MPHW course

Age Limit

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years in terms of (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996). The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2026.

Age Relaxations

• For SCs., STs & BCs & EWS: Relaxation of (05) years.
• For NCC (who worked as Instructor in NCC): relaxation of (3) years and length of service in NCC.
• For Physically challenged persons: relaxation of 10 (ten) years.

Enclosures

Candidates shall enclose self-attested copies of the following documents:

• SSC/10th Class Certificate for proof of age.
• All relevant educational qualification certificates.
• Marks memos of all years/semesters of the qualifying course.
• Community/Caste Certificate, wherever applicable.
• EWS Certificate, wherever applicable.
• PwD Certificate, wherever applicable.
• Local candidature/Study Certificates, wherever applicable.
• Aadhaar Card/other prescribed identity proof.
• Experience Certificate, wherever applicable.
• Proof of payment of application fee, if prescribed.
• Any other document prescribed by the Government/DSC.

Candidates shall produce the original certificates at the time of certificate verification/counselling.

Selection Process

1. The selection shall be made by the District Selection Committee, Suryapet, on behalf of the District Health Society.
2. Selection shall be made strictly on merit.
3. Merit shall be calculated on the basis of the combined percentage of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination (90 marks) and Age (10 marks). as applicable, for a total of 100 marks.
4. The Rule of Reservation shall be followed as per the Government orders in force.
5. The Presidential Order, 2018, shall be followed as applicable.
6. As per the applicable Presidential Order, Senior Dots Plus TBHIV Supervisor are District level posts.
7. The prescribed roster shall be followed.
8. Candidates shall be considered for posting based on merit-cum-option, subject to eligibility, roster and availability of vacancies.
9. In case of a tie in merit, the tie-breaking criteria prescribed by the Government/NHM shall be followed.
10. The provisional merit list shall be displayed and objections shall be invited within the prescribed period.
11. After disposal of objections, the final merit list and selection list shall be prepared and displayed by the District Selection Committee.

• The number of vacancies is subject to change as per the orders of the competent authority.
• Reservation and roster shall be followed strictly as per the Government orders in force.
• The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular appointment under the Government.
• The selected candidates shall abide by the terms and conditions of contract prescribed by NHM/Government.
• Candidates shall be required to work at the TB Unit allotted to them and shall not claim a particular place of posting as a matter of right.
• The decision of the District Selection Committee in matters relating to selection shall be final, subject to applicable Government rules and orders.
• Any subsequent Government orders/instructions issued in respect of Senior Dots Plus TBHIV Supervisor recruitment shall be applicable.
