NIMS Technician on Contract Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 500/-. The fee shall be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, NIMS, Hyderabad or through IP Billing, Ground floor, Old Building, NIMS. The application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

What to Bring

Candidates shall produce the following documents in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of interview:

• Filled-in Application Form (Form provided on the NIMS website, www.nims.edu.in)
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC certificate)
• A Diploma / Degree in Bio-medical or Electronics from a recognized University/Institution
• Experience Certificate (if any)
• Aadhar card
• Any other certificates in support of eligibility

Selection Process

Selection shall be through Walk-in Interview before the Selection Committee constituted by NIMS. The Selection Committee shall assess the candidates based on academic qualifications and experience. The decision of the Selection Committee and the Director, NIMS shall be final.

NIMS Technician on Contract Important Conditions

• The engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature.
• The engagement shall be valid for a period of one (01) year from the date of joining or till the actual requirement ceases, whichever is earlier.
• The engagement may be terminated at any time without notice if the requirement ceases, regular recruitment is completed, or due to administrative reasons.
• The selected candidates shall be paid only the consolidated remuneration indicated in this notification. No other allowances will be paid.
• No DA, HRA, NPA, TA, pensionary benefits, annual increments, leave encashment or any other allowances admissible to regular employees shall be payable.
• No TA, DA will be paid for attending the interviews.
• The selected candidates shall not have any claim whatsoever for regular appointment in NIMS, absorption into Government service, regularization of service, continuation beyond the contractual period, or seniority or any service benefits applicable to regular employees.
• The selected candidates shall execute an agreement with NIMS accepting all terms and conditions of contractual engagement before joining duty.
• The decision of the Director, NIMS, Hyderabad in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, penalty for false information, interview dates, mode and methodologies of selection, and issuing appointment orders will be final and binding on the candidates and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• The Director, NIMS reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify or cancel any vacancy or the entire notification without assigning any reason.
• Any dispute arising out of this recruitment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad only.
