Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBBS/Any other Medical Graduate with post-graduation in Pediatrics (MD/DNB/DCH)

• Command over statistical software package like SPSS/SATA/CSPro/DevInfo/Epi info.

AIIMS Raipur State Newborn Care Quality Manager Job Description

In consultation with QI newborn and Child health project team, Consultant needs to perform following duties:

• Contribute in State newborn AMR consortium as per need and suggested by supervisor.
• Facilitate for Data Collection, Compilation, Analysis and review related to project area.
• Regular coordination with District teams to promote the quality and timely data support.
• Field level Supportive supervision/ hand holding to ensure timely and standard data-based operations, as per project need.
• Do daily teleround of IOSNCU.
• Help the P.I. in condition of trainings on Q.I, ETAT/HDU and newborn Care and any other work assigned by P.I.
• Analyze the data, identify the gaps and facilitate for implementation of suggestive inputs so as to get the optimum quality data outputs.
• Coordination with different stakeholders for implementation of project interventions.
• Any other task assigned by supervisor/Technical reporting person.

Pay and Terms of Engagement

• Fixed tenure of 02 months and extendible 1 year or more on contractual basis.
• Employment will automatically terminate upon completion of 02 months from the day of joining.
