HIL Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER

• Implement projects and activities as per the procedure/ agreement.
• Compile and develop background material for use in discussions and briefing sessions along with relevant supporting data.
• Prepare periodic work plans (monthly/ quarterly/ biannually/ annually) and implementation framework.
• Interact/liaise with implementing agencies associated with the project implementation, relevant government and semi- government organizations/ departments and other industry stakeholders in the context of implementation of projects and activities.
• Timely preparation and submission of documents, communications & reports pertaining to the project.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

• Organize meetings, workshops, and training programs for farmers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare technical briefs, presentations, etc., for technical assistance and awareness activities, including post event reports/summary of discussions.
• Compile and develop background material for use in discussions and briefing sessions along with relevant supporting data.
• Prepare periodic work plans (monthly/ quarterly/ biannually/ annually) and implementation framework.
• Interact/liaise with implementing agencies associated with the project implementation, relevant government and semi- government organizations/ departments and other industry stakeholders in the context of implementation of projects and activities.
• Timely preparation and submission of documents, communications & reports pertaining to the project.

Post-wise Details

PROJECT MANAGER (1 post)

Qualification required: PhD in Life Sciences/ Agricultural Sciences/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agriculture related field/ Biotechnology; Master’s Degree (Full time) in Life Sciences/ Agricultural Sciences/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agriculture related field/ Biotechnology with MBA. Experience required: Minimum 10 years of experience in working in any sustainable agriculture project. Age limit: Maximum 55 years. Pay: Upto Rs.16 Lakhs per annum with 03% annual increment.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (1 post)

Qualification required: PhD in Life Sciences/ Agricultural Sciences/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agriculture related field/ Biotechnology; Master’s Degree (Full time) in Lifesciences/ Agricultural Sciences/ Agricultural Engineering/ Agriculture related field/ Biotechnology with MBA. Experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience in working in any sustainable agriculture project. Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Pay: upto 10 Lakhs per annum with 03% annual increment.

actual CTC shall be decided by the Selection Committee basis on merit & parameters including qualification, professional competence, relevance of experience, domain knowledge, suitability etc.
