Pay and Terms

Terms of Contract

• Contract period: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years), subject to approval and satisfactory performance.
• Service can be terminated at any time in public interest.
• Resignation requires one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu.
• No entitlement to service benefits (PF, pension, gratuity, etc.).
• Hostel/quarters subject to availability.
• Attendance is mandatory through the biometric system.
• No private practice is allowed.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is paid by Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No.1”, payable at Faridabad. It is refundable when the contract is completed and a No Dues Certificate is submitted. It is forfeited if the candidate resigns within six months (except under exceptional circumstances).
